Cash dairy prices were mostly down Wednesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was down $0.0025 to $0.6925. One sale was reported at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0025 to $1.5750. Two sales were reported at $1.58 and $1.5825.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.5650.
