11:32 PM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Co., d/b/a ADQ, named International Securities LLC as co-manager of its voluntary conditional cash offer to acquire all the shares of port and industrial zones developer Abu Dhabi Ports (ADX:ADPORTS), d/b/a AD Ports Group, that it does not already own. The co-manager will work with joint lead managers and joint lead receiveing banks Emirates NBD Capital and First Abu Dhabi Bank, and the co-lead manager EFG Hermes UAE, according to a Thursday release.
