12:10 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nyrstar (NYR.BR) appointed independent director Dirk Tirez as its new chair, effective Friday. Tirez will succeed Martyn Konig, who is set to retire for personal reasons, the minerals and metals producer said Wednesday.
