01:50 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Episurf Medical (EPIS-B.ST) plans to acquire five properties, valued at 505 million kronor, to boost its Nordic property platform, according to a Thursday release. The real estate and medical technology company signed a letter of intent to purchase five companies that own properties covering a lettable area of 26,660 square meters. A final share purchase deal is expected to be signed by Sept. 30, with closing planned for Nov. 1. Episurf will fund the purchases through debt and by issuing class B shares at 0.10 krona per share.
