03:29 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Talisman Metals (TLM.L) raised gross proceeds of 501,800 pounds sterling through the issue of 7,168,570 new ordinary shares, according to a Thursday release. The placing price of 0.07 pound per share reflected a 9.37% premium to the mineral exploration and development company's closing share price on Wednesday. Net proceeds are earmarked for exploration and development work on the Tirzzit and Fougnar copper projects in Morocco, and for general corporate and working capital purposes. The new shares are expected to begin trading on the London bourse's AIM market on or around Aug. 26.
