03:52 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WSP Global plans to continue preparing its planned public offer for Arcadis (ARCAD.AS) despite the Dutch design and consultancy company's board not engaging with its proposals. The Canadian engineering group said Thursday it intends to submit the offer memorandum to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets for review and approval by Oct. 15. WSP, which first announced its proposal in July, said it continues to seek discussions with Arcadis.
