Shares of Webull Corp (NASDAQ:BULL) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

Webull reported second-quarter revenue of $198.83 million, beating estimates of $181.26 million, according to Benzinga Pro. The brokerage platform company posted second-quarter adjusted earnings of five cents per share, beating estimates of 3 cents per share.

Webull shares jumped 13.7% to $9.82 in pre-market trading.

  • Tenon Medical Inc (NASDAQ:TNON) tumbled 30.7% to $7.92 in pre-market trading. Tenon Medical shares jumped 109% on Wednesday after the company received a notice of allowance for a U.S. Patent Titled “Systems, Apparatus and Methods for Stabilizing Sacroiliac Joints.”
  • Onfolio Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ONFO) fell 29.4% to $1.67 in pre-market trading after the company reported second-quarter 2026 results showing lower revenue and a wider loss.
  • OSR Health Inc (NASDAQ:OSRH) declined 28.1% to $0.27 in pre-market trading. OSR Health said it plans to request panel hearing after receiving Nasdaq delisting determination.
  • Surgepays Inc (NASDAQ:SURG) fell 23.6% to $0.19 in pre-market trading. SurgePays, on Friday, reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
  • Matinas BioPharma Holdings Inc (NYSE:MTNB) fell 22.1% to $0.19 in pre-market trading after gaining 18% on Wednesday.
  • Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd (NASDAQ:AZI) fell 19.3% to $1.34 in pre-market trading. Autozi Internet Technology shares jumped 44% on Wednesday after the company announced that it has received an aggregate investment of $30 million from multiple investors.
  • Yunji Inc (NASDAQ:YJ) fell 20.2% to $3.39 in pre-market trading after jumping 144% on Wednesday.
  • Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) fell 12.4% to $153.01 in pre-market trading. Moderna shares jumped 177% on Wednesday after the company and Merck announced topline results from the Phase 3 INTerpath-001 trial met its primary and a key secondary endpoint.
  • Wolfspeed Inc (NYSE:WOLF) fell 12% to $25.60 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results.
  • Coty Inc (NYSE:COTY) fell 7.7% to $2.80 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter adjusted EPS guidance below estimates. The company disclosed that the Gucci Beauty license exit will result in a step-down in FY28 sales and profit.
