05:01 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Digital Government Authority approved the cloud-based digital twin platform of South Korean online platform operator Naver, according to a Thursday release. Naver received the project in October 2023 from the Saudi government, which intends to use the platform as a national standard for the transition to a data-driven model of various administrative tasks, including urban planning, safety and operations, as well as asset and infrastructure management. Naver said the approval will pave the way for the expansion of its technology across Saudi Arabia.
