According to the Zhitong Finance App, Geely Automobile (00175) issued an announcement. According to the merger agreement and in accordance with the rules of the share award plan and chapter 17 of the listing rules, all extremely Krypton restricted share units that were not exercised and not owned immediately before the effective date will be converted to share rewards under the share award plan based on the applicable offer ratio. As a result, a total of 5,925 Krypton restricted share unit holders (holding 27.587 million shares involved in unexercised and not belonging to Krypton restricted share units) will receive a total of 33.925 million shares granted.

Of these extremely Krypton restricted share unit holders: 5253 were employee participants; and 672 were associated entity participants.

In addition, the Company plans to grant a total of 134 million shares to 3039 employee participants; grant a total of 9.019 million shares to 252 service providers (collectively, “other grantees”); and grant a total of 4.85 million shares to the Company's two executive directors (executive director grantees).

Entity holders, other grantees, and executive director grantees of restricted shares are all eligible participants under the share award scheme (collectively, “selected participants”).

Accordingly, in accordance with section 17.06A of the Listing Rules, the Board of Directors announced that on August 20, 2026, its resolution was to grant a total of 182 million shares to 8,364 selected participants by transferring treasury shares previously purchased by the Company in accordance with the share award scheme; and issuing and allocating new shares of the Company in accordance with the plan's authorized limit. A total of 182 million shares granted accounted for approximately 1.68% of the total number of issued shares at the date of this announcement and about 1.66% of the total number of issued shares expanded through allotment and issuance of newly granted shares.
