07:31 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vaisala (VAIAS.HE) said Thursday it will proceed with its 25 million-euro airport weather modernization project in Indonesia after the customer secured project financing. The Finland-listed climate measurement instruments company signed the deal in 2024 with the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics. The three-year project covers the installation of airport weather systems and equipment at 14 Indonesian airports and will be funded through the Finnish Public Sector Investment Facility. It is expected to begin in the fall of 2026.
