09:41 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes (SASE:2360) submitted its application to reduce its share capital to Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority on Thursday, according to a same-day filing. The proposed restructuring comprises the cancellation of 10,457,125 shares to trim the clay pipes and fittings manufacturer's share capital to 45.4 million Saudi riyals from 150 million riyals. The planned capital reduction will be followed by a rights issue.
