Sweden's Lifco Offers SEK750 Million Bond Loan

10:14 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish conglomerate Lifco (LIFCO-B.ST) said Thursday it issued a 750 million-krona bond loan, with proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes. The bond loan carries a floating interest rate of three-month Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.45% per annum. The bonds are set to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's corporate bond list. Danske Bank, DNB Carnegie and SEB served as lead banks for the offering.
