11:15 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri (FCT.MI) said Thursday it signed a contract with Viking to build two new cruise ships at its Ancona shipyard, with deliveries scheduled for 2032. The ships will accommodate 998 passengers across 499 cabins and have a gross tonnage of 54,300 tons.
