11:50 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish real estate company Logistea (LOGI-A.ST, LOGI-B.ST) closed its purchase of two light industrial properties in Tampere and Oulu, Finland, for 145 million kronor, according to a Thursday release. The acquired properties include built-to-suit car service and tire storage facilities, with a combined lettable area of 10,469 square meters and an annual rental income of 11.6 million kronor. The assets are fully let to Nokian Tyres' (TYRES.HE) Vianor Oy, with a remaining term of seven years.
