12:30 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Implantica (IMP-A-SDB.ST) said Thursday it secured the US Food and Drug Administration's pre-market approval for RefluxStop, its implant-based gastroesophageal reflux disease treatment. The approval, which follows a review of RefluxStop's long-term clinical evidence, allows the medical technology company to commercially launch the treatment in the US. Implantica said nearly 1,800 patients have been treated with RefluxStop in Europe.
