01:44 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ipsen (IPN.PA) concluded the purchase of US-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Kartos Therapeutics, according to a Friday release. The acquisition will provide the French biopharmaceutical company with Kartos' late-stage investigational oral MDM2 inhibitor Navtemadlin, which is currently being evaluated in a phase 3 Poiesis study for patients with myelofibrosis.
