02:52 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PPHE Hotel Group (PPH.L) said Friday it completed the $33.5 million divestment of its development site in Manhattan, New York, in the US. The hospitality real estate group sold the freehold site to an unnamed US real estate developer, with proceeds to be used to repay an associated $6.8 million debt and for its capital allocation strategy.
