03:27 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Veidekke (VEI.OL) said Friday it secured a contract from Norwegian housing developer K2 Bolig to construct two residential developments in Stavanger, Norway. The contract, which has a combined value of 212 million Norwegian kroner, covers 20 apartments in one building at Krossen and 34 apartments across two buildings at Utsikten. The Scandinavian contractor said it will start construction work "almost immediately," with the Krossen project expected to be completed in late 2027 and the Utsikten development to be handed over in the autumn of 2028.
