05:00 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amigo Resources (AMGO.L) signed a memorandum of understanding with the State Mining Corporation of Tanzania to transform unused graphite-bearing materials into mineral products. The UK-listed mining company will handle and finance the technical due diligence program, including sampling, metallurgical testing, and independent laboratory analysis, according to a Friday release. Both companies plan to negotiate a definitive agreement if the results are favorable.
