TQF6422 is an IgG1 subtype all-human monoclonal antibody targeting ActRII A/b. By specifically binding to ActRii A/B receptors, it effectively blocks signal transduction mediated by ligands such as activators and muscle growth inhibitors, promoting skeletal muscle growth while enhancing lipolysis, thus achieving the dual weight effect of “fat loss and muscle building potential.”
