Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 21, 2026, Hang Seng Index Company announced the results of the Hang Seng Index series of quarterly reviews up to June 30, 2026, of which Yingxing Holdings (01440) was included in the Hang Seng Composite Index. Changes in the Hang Seng Composite Index will be implemented after the market closes on September 4 (Friday) and will take effect on September 7 (Monday). At that time, the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange will adjust the scope of investment targets of Hong Kong Stock Connect accordingly. Yingxing Holdings may be transferred to Hong Kong Stock Connect because it meets a range of criteria including market value and liquidity.

On August 13, Yingxing Holdings announced that the Group estimated net profit of not less than RMB 24 million as of June 30, 2026, and a net loss of approximately RMB 22.5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025.

The Board believes that the improvement in estimated profit for the six months ended June 30, 2026 is mainly due to (i) the strong performance of the Intellectual Property (IP) peripheral products segment, which benefited from successful cooperation with a set of globally popular streaming series and other well-known IPs, and the launch of new products with in-house design patents, which together contributed not less than RMB 13.5 million to the Group's partial profit; and (ii) the fair value return on the Group's investments was not less than RMB 27 million. To further promote its artificial intelligence (AI) development, the Group strategically invests in high-quality targets through initial public offerings to prepare for the Group's future growth in the high-tech sector. Through such strategic investments, the Group will be able to advance its AI technology and explore business solutions and opportunities in the market.
