U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining over 150 points on Friday.

Shares of Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE:FLO) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat earnings for the second quarter and lowered its FY2026 forecast.

The company posted quarterly earnings of 21 cents per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 23 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.193 billion, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.228 billion

Flowers Foods shares dipped 4.4% to $6.81 in pre-market trading.

• OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSIS) shares dipped 14.2% to $187.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results and issued weak FY27 sales guidance. The company’s board approved an additional authorization to repurchase 1 million shares.
• Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:AVAH) declined 10.2% to $11.65 in pre-market trading after the company priced secondary offering of 15 million common shares at $11.75 per share.
• Ecarx Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ECX) fell 4.5% to $1.06 in pre-market trading. ECARX recently posted a second-quarter loss of 3 cents per share.
• Alibaba Group Holding Ltd – ADR (NYSE:BABA) fell 3.7% to $125.74 in pre-market trading. Alibaba Group, on Thursday, reported mixed first-quarter financial results.
• A Paradise Acquisition Corp (NYSE:ENHA) fell 3.5% to $1.64 in pre-market trading after gaining over 5% on Thursday.
• Mesoblast Ltd (NASDAQ:MESO) declined 3.3% to $16.86 in pre-market trading. Mesoblast recently announced it completed patient treatment in the MSB-DR004 pivotal randomized controlled Phase 3 trial of rexlemestrocel-L for chronic low back pain.
• Lyntris (NYSE:LYNX) fell 3.1% to $15.07 in pre-market trading following around 4% gain on Thursday.
• Renatus Tactical Acquisition I Corp (NASDAQ:RTAC) declined 3.1% to $10.13 in pre-market trading.
• Robo.ai Inc (NASDAQ:AIIO) fell 3% to $2.88 in pre-market trading after gaining 5% on Thursday.
