According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yiming Onko-B (01541) announced that the Group has obtained approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for IMM0306's experimental new drug (IND) application for phase IB/II clinical trials to treat systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

IMM0306, independently developed by the Group, is a bispecific molecule targeting differentiation cluster 47 (CD47) and differentiation cluster 20 (CD20). It is the world's first dual-targeted bispecific molecule of CD47 and CD20 to enter the clinical stage. IMM0306 blocks the “don't eat me” signal by inhibiting the CD47-SIRPα interaction, enhances the interaction between FC-FCγRIIa and FC-FCgammaRIIIa to activate macrophages and NK cells, and prioritizes binding CD20 over CD47 to effectively eliminate malignant B cells while reducing toxicity to a minimum, thus improving the therapeutic effect. As of the date of this announcement, the Group has IMM0306's global intellectual property rights and commercialization rights.
