RangeWater Spends $55M on Atlanta Rental Community

Bell Partners sold Bell Buckhead West for $54.9 million. RangeWater Residential was the buyer. Bell Partners paid $62 million to acquire the asset in 2017, which is at 3201 Downwood Cir. in Atlanta. RangeWater renamed the property Blaine Buckhead West.

Rents at Blaine Buckhead West range from $1,399 to $2,345. Unit sizes range from 676 square feet for a studio to 1,189 square feet for a two-bedroom unit. The 280-unit project was built in 2015. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, 24-hour Java Bar and Lounge, Bocce Ball Court, game room with pool table, and a Sky Lounge Rooftop Deck.

Sun Life Financial announced acquired Bell Partners for $350 million. As part of the arrangement, Bell Partners became part of Sun Life’s multifamily operating platform.
