Mark IV Capital announced the completion of a rail spur in Fernley, Nevada, which connects its 4,300-acre master-planned industrial district called Victory Logistics District to the national network. Fernley is 30 miles from Reno.

The completed rail spur, comprising more than one mile of new Union Pacific track built to Class I standards, connects directly to the transcontinental main line, with three run-around tracks serving one hundred acres of rail-ready industrial land. The spur enhances Victory Logistics District’s ability to attract and serve advanced manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers, and other industrial users seeking direct access to both rail and highway transportation networks.

Strategically positioned within a federally designated Opportunity Zone, Victory Logistics District provides significant tax incentives and excellent access to major transportation routes, including Interstate 80, U.S. Highway 50, and dual-served rail lines by Union Pacific and BNSF.
