On August 17, 2026, Christopher S. Guinta announced to New Fortress Energy Inc. (the "Company") that he will resign from his role as Chief Financial Officer effective August 21, 2026. The Company intends to commence a search process, including both internal and external candidates, to identify a new Chief Financial Officer.
