07:07 AM EDT, 08/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cell Impact (CI.ST) raised 40.2 million kronor via a rights issue to boost its financial position, according to an Aug. 21 release. The metal flow plates supplier issued 78,889,673 units for the offer, of which 76,923,612 were subscribed for with unit rights, and 1,966,061 were subscribed for without unit rights support. Each unit comprises six shares, two series TO5 warrants, and two series TO6 warrants. As such, the company's capital will increase to 60.9 million kronor, with its number of shares boosted to 1,218,062,944.
