05:48 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Canatu (CANATU.HE) secured a "large" order to deliver its CNT100 SEMI reactor to South Korea, according to a Monday release. Semiconductor company Fine Semitech Corp., which placed the order, is expected to receive the equipment in 2027. The carbon nanomaterial developer noted that the order is valued at more than 5 million euros. The company added that the equipment will be used to manufacture carbon nanotube pellicle membranes.
