By the end of the reporting period, the company planned to sell and sell 142 major projects (including self-owned), with a total construction area of over 41.4 million square meters, of which the current construction area was about 4.48 million square meters. Currently, the company has 67 major projects in Beijing, with a total scale of about 14.7 million square meters; the Beijing-outside area has formed a regional layout with major cities as the center and is deeply cultivated in combination with surrounding expansion.
