(SASE:6010), d/b/a Nadec, agreed to acquire a greenhouse facility in Haradh, Saudi Arabia, from Pure Harvest Smart Agricultural Farms SP for 85 million Saudi riyals. The handover of the six-hectare high-tech facility is expected by Nov. 1, according to a Tuesday filing. The food and agricultural industry-focused company will use internal resources and bank loans to fund the acquisition.
