02:42 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Baader Helvea reinitiated its coverage of Hiag Immobilien (HIAG.SW) with an add rating and price target of 147.50 francs, noting the Swiss real estate company's "excellent" first-half numbers point toward a "solid" full-year 2026 result. "Following a very strong performance in FY25, the 1H26 figures released last week demonstrate that the company's growth story continues. While gross rental income was down by -3.3% after divestments (+3.8% like-for-like), HIAG stated that the looming completion of its Alto residential tower in Zurich still argues for a modest increase in rental income for FY26. Helped by further revaluation gains of CHF 53.4mn and a strong promotion result of CHF 23.3mn, EBIT increased 92.7% to CHF 105.7mn. With these excellent numbers, HIAG sees a very promising outlook for 2H26 and looks on track to achieve another top result in FY26E," according to a Monday note. While the research firm views Hiag Immobilien as carrying a "somewhat higher risk profile" than its other Swiss peers, analysts believe management is "well on track" to deliver above-average returns. "HIAG's dividend policy targeting a continuously increasing [payout] and a mid-term [dividend to net asset value] yield target of 3.5% implies the potential for a significant increase in the dividend per share over the next few years. This potential seems somewhat underrated by investors at current valuations," Baader Helvea wrote. For 2026, the research firm expects gross rental income to grow by 1.5% to 78.5 million francs, while its revenue forecast of 227.2 million francs sits a bit above consensus expectations of 224.9 million pounds.
