02:59 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pharmaceutical development company Nuformix (NFX.L) appointed Tim Metcalfe as its new nonexecutive chairman, effective Sept. 1. Metcalfe will succeed Julian Gilbert, who plans to step down on Aug. 31 due to personal reasons, according to a Tuesday filing. Gilbert will remain with the company in a consultancy role.
