03:13 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flat Capital (FLAT-B.ST) is set to become the largest shareholder in security advisory services company Afactor Group with an initial investment of 16 million kronor. The investment company said Tuesday it intends to make additional investments in Afactor as the business develops.
