03:23 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vistry Group's (VTY.L) Vistry Homes Limited secured an initial grant of 350 million pounds sterling from Homes England's 39-billion-pound funding package to accelerate social and affordable housing builds. The UK homebuilder's subsidiary will deliver 3,028 homes through the Social and Affordable Homes Programme running from 2026 to 2036, according to a Tuesday release. The company is one of 33 partners selected by the UK government's housing and regeneration agency to expand social housing outside London.
