03:30 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beyond Frames Entertainment (BEYOND.ST) decided to raise gross proceeds of 3.1 million kronor from a directed issue of up to 1,863,541 new shares, according to a Tuesday release. The video games company will sell the shares to existing shareholders Calyptra and Sebastian Clausin, among others, for 1.7 kronor apiece, ahead of plans for a second share issuance. The funds from the directed issue will be used to target opportunities across XR and adjacent areas of interactive entertainment.
