03:57 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Windar Photonics (WPHO.L) plans to raise 200,000 pounds sterling via a retail offer of 4 million shares. The wind energy technology group said Tuesday that the offer, which will run from Tuesday to Wednesday, will have a minimum subscription of 100 pounds per investor. Admission of the shares on the AIM segment of the London bourse is expected on Friday.
