04:22 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ALT Resources (ALTR.L) ended discussions with Australia's Tartana Resources over a potential joint venture concerning the latter's copper sulphate operations in North Queensland. The mining investment company said Tuesday that Tartana is looking to shift focus from its copper sulphate operations as part of a strategic adjustment. Additionally, Tartana executives who were negotiating with ALT have left the business. ALT aims to rechannel its resources toward other areas in its investment pipeline, having incurred no material costs from the terminated discussions.
