Shares of Cadeler A/S – ADR (NYSE:CDLR) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported interim financial results for the first half of 2026.

Revenue for the first six months of 2026 jumped to EUR 408 million from EUR 188 million in the year-ago period. Profit for the period climbed 54% to EUR 88 million.

Cadeler also maintained its full-year 2026 revenue guidance in the range of EUR 854 to 944 million.

Cadeler shares jumped 6% to $25.40 in pre-market trading.
