In this context, the Group continues to focus on improving its decision-making intelligence capabilities, advancing the development of DOMA architectures, and expanding the commercial application of AI services in core fields, and further consolidating the Group's market position as a pioneer supplier of enterprise-level decision-making intelligence in China. The year-on-year narrowing of losses is mainly due to: (i) the increase in platform gross profit contribution: with the increase in the standardization level and capacity reuse rate of AI decision-making platforms, and the optimization of platform deployment efficiency, gross profit coverage of operating expenses was further improved; (ii) operating leverage effect: while maintaining R&D investment, the group optimized organizational collaboration and resource allocation, sales expenses rates and administrative expense ratios declined, and operating efficiency gradually improved; (iii) cost structure optimization: business scale expansion and effective cost control measures drove continuous improvement in operating efficiency, especially in the second half of the report The performance is even more remarkable.
