Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE:GPUS), an artificial intelligence ("AI") data center company anchored by Bitcoin ("Hyperscale Data" or the "Company"), today announced that, as of August 23, 2026, it held 278.0314 Bitcoin representing an aggregate value of approximately $21.6 million based on the Bitcoin closing price of $77,755 on August 23, 2026.

In aggregate, the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, Sentinum, Inc. ("Sentinum") and Ault Capital Group, Inc. ("ACG"), held 278.0314 Bitcoin as of August 23, 2026. During the week ended August 23, 2026, the Company neither purchased nor sold any Bitcoin in the open market. Based on the Bitcoin closing price of $77,755 on August 23, 2026, these collective holdings had an approximate market value of $21.6 million.
