07:21 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scatec (SCATC.OL) said Tuesday it issued a 4.5-year senior unsecured green bond worth 1.5 billion Norwegian kroner. The renewable energy company said that the floating-rate bond, which carries a coupon of a three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 2.5% per annum, will be used for general corporate purposes, as well as debt repayment. Settlement of the bonds, which will be listed on Oslo Børs, is expected on Sept. 3.
