U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 150 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Nayax Ltd (NASDAQ:NYAX) rose sharply during Tuesday’s session after the payments company agreed to acquire smart parking technology provider IPS Group Inc. for $350 million in cash.

Nayax will acquire IPS from Windjammer Capital Investors on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The purchase price equals about 17 times IPS’ estimated 2026 adjusted EBITDA. That multiple falls to about 12 times after expected synergies.

Nayax shares jumped 13.9% to $52.61 on Tuesday.

• Rezolve AI PLC (NASDAQ:RZLV) gained 18.1% to $2.87. Rezolve AI announced that Google has selected the company’s Ai’s proprietary distributed database technology.
• Critical Metals Corp (NASDAQ:CRML) rose 15.3% to $7.70.
• Madison Air Solutions Corp (NYSE:MAIR) gained 14.5% to $28.58. The company announced a $2.25 billion private placement of 90,108,130 shares at $24.97 per share.
• Methode Electronics Inc (NYSE:MEI) gained 12.1% to $15.72.
• AbCellera Biologics Inc (NASDAQ:ABCL) rose 11.7% to $11.85.
• Immatics NV (NASDAQ:IMTX) gained 10.5% to $9.62 after the company announced a $150 million offering.
• Everspin Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:MRAM) rose 10.4% to $17.82.
• Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) rose 9.9% to $152.64 as Wall Street analysts upgrade their ratings following landmark Phase 3 oncology data. Wolfe Research upgraded Moderna Tuesday morning, following a similar move by BofA Securities last week to raise its price target to $170.
• Cadeler A/S – ADR (NYSE:CDLR) rose 8.9% to $26.11 after the company reported a year-over-year increase in second-quarter financial results and affirmed its FY26 sales guidance above estimates.
• Pacific Biosciences of California Inc (NASDAQ:PACB) climbed 8.5% to $1.39.
• Richtech Robotics Inc (NASDAQ:RR) gained 8.3% to $1.76. Richtech Robotics announced a $12 million buyback plan.
• EyePoint Inc (NASDAQ:EYPT) rose 7.2% to $5.22.
• Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:SMCI) gained 7.2% to $37.69 as risk appetite remained firm.
• Eikon Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:EIKN) gained 6.7% to $11.91.
• Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL) rose 6.5% to $244.30. Rosenblatt analyst Sajal Dogra maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $240 to $300, while Susquehanna analyst Christopher Rolland maintained the stock with a Positive and raised the price target from $230 to $265.
• Real Brokerage Inc (NASDAQ:REAX) rose 5.3% to $25.26. Real REMAX Group completed the Real-RE/MAX business combination and authorized a share repurchase program of up to $450 million.
