12:30 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi water desalination company Acwa Power (SASE:2082) signed a memorandum of understanding with Korea Western Power Co. to explore renewable energy business opportunities in Uzbekistan. Under the agreement, the companies will evaluate opportunities on a project-by-project basis across renewable energy, energy storage, and related infrastructure projects, according to a Tuesday release.
