12:46 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Verve Group Media (VERVE.ST) secured approval from the Swedish Companies Registration Office to transfer its registered office to Ten Earlsfort Terrace in Dublin 2, Ireland, from Stockholm, Sweden. The mobile advertising intelligence technology company said Tuesday it will apply to the Irish Companies Registration Office to re-register itself in Ireland and plans to finalize the transfer by early October.
