Intershop Reports Lower H1 Net Income; Operating Income Edges Up

01:14 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intershop Holding (ISN.SW) said Wednesday its net income for the first half decreased while total operating income inched higher year over year. Net income for the six months ended June 30 was 67.5 million francs, compared with 175.9 million francs earlier. EPS moved to 7.32 francs from 19.08 francs. The Swiss real estate company's total operating income was 49.4 million francs, compared with 48.6 million francs a year ago. For 2026, Intershop projected stable net rental income and a yearly increase in net income excluding changes in fair value of properties.
