Saudi Arabia's MIS Expands Data Center Contract with PIF-owned Humain

02:13 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IT group Al Moammar Information Systems (SASE:7200), d/b/a MIS, said Wednesday it agreed to expand the scope of work under a previously signed contract with Humain, which is owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. The expanded scope covers the construction of additional data centers with a total capacity of 200 megawatts, increasing the total capacity under the contract to 250 MW from 50 MW. As a result, the project's value is expected to exceed 689% of the company's 2025 revenue. MIS said it will commence engineering, procurement, and construction works while other parties finalize procedures for executing the final contract, which is expected to be signed within two weeks.
