02:15 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Twareat Medical Care (SASE:9627) said Wednesday that the preliminary circuit of the Commercial Court in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ordered Saudi Basic Industries (SASE:2010), d/b/a Sabic, to pay 1 million Saudi riyals in their ongoing compensation case. Under the lawsuit, the defendant Sabic was also ordered to reimburse the Saudi Arabia-listed medical services company 6,517 riyals for the expert fees it deposited. The lawsuit relates to financial differences arising from Sabic's failure to provide the minimum number of medical tests contractually agreed upon by the companies between 2019 and 2024.
