02:25 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hexagon (HEXA-B.ST) agreed to acquire UK-based advanced sensor technology company Guidance Marine, according to a Wednesday release. Guidance Marine develops radar, laser, vision, and microwave-based sensor technologies used in offshore energy, marine construction, port and harbour operations, and naval applications. Upon completion of the deal, expected by the end of 2026, Guidance Marine will be integrated into the industrial technology company's NovAtel positioning division within the autonomous solutions business area.
