05:04 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brødrene A & O Johansen (AOJ-B.CO) completed and settled its voluntary cash offer for electrical equipment retailer Elektroimportøren (ELIMP.OL), according to a Wednesday release. After securing 92.6% ownership, the Denmark-listed technical installation materials supplier will make a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in Elektroimportøren for 22 Norwegian kroner per share. Brødrene added that it plans to delist Elektroimportøren's shares from Euronext Growth Oslo.
