06:21 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Five Nordic defence and technology companies will work as founding drivers of the defense track within the Nordic Compass industry alliance to boost cooperation in defense and security. The companies are Ericsson (ERIBR.HE, ERIC-A.ST, ERIC-B.ST), Kongsberg (KOG.OL), Nokia (NOKIA.HE), Saab (SAAB-B.ST) and Patria, according to a Wednesday release. Representatives from the five companies are scheduled to meet with Finnish President Alexander Stubb for a discussion during a visit to Helsinki.
